U23 Vietnam draws to Yeongnam University club in a friendly match

U23 Vietnam is still practicing hard in Korea to prepare for the AFC U23 Championship 2020 finals. After a light training session in a gymnasium this morning, the young players had an important test with the Yeongnam University men's soccer team.

Some players like Thanh Thinh, Thanh Chung, Tien Linh, Trong Hung or Quang Hai did not play because of injury or for rest. The U23 Vietnam squad includes Yle Nie, Van Toi, Danh Trung, Trong Dai, Manh Dung, Thai Quy, Viet Anh, Huu Thang, Bao Toan, Ngoc Bao and Tien Dung.

The two teams played 30 minutes each half. Park Hang-seo has rotated all the players in the team to test the integration ability of the players after ơn week training.

The match ended with a score of 0-0, the score did not evaluate many things but more importantly the opportunity for the players to prove their ability with Mr. Park.

On December 21, U23 Vietnam will meet Busan in the second friendly match. Coach Park's team will return to Vietnam one day later. The whole team will station in Ho Chi Minh City until January 1, 2020 and then depart for Thailand to attend the AFC U23 Championship 2020 finals.
