Right after SEA games championship in the Philippines, Park and U23 Viertnam will prepare for a new journey in AFC U23 Championship 2020 final held in Thailand.
Park Hang-seo has announced the 28-man roster to prepare for this tournament, which includes core players of U22 Vietnam in SEA Games.
The South Korean strategist will give chances for new factors like Trong Dai, Bao Toan, Manh Dung, Huu Thang and Danh Trong, as he won’t have the service of Hung Dung and Trong Hoang.
Doan Van Hau’s appearance is left open, Park is having quality squad with 11 talents to conquer the tournament.
Park will use 3-4-3 formation for U23 Vietnam. Nguyen Van Toan is likely to take goalkeeper position. Midfielder trio might be Nguyen Thanh Trung, Tran Dinh Trong, Huynh Tan Sinh. Do Thanh Thinh and Ho Tan Tai will manage wing sides while Hoang Duc plays alongside Duc Chien-new factor in the center of the midfield.
On the attack, Ha Duc Chinh and Tien Linh both have high forms yet he might use both forward to give Quang Hai free style.
At the AFC U23 Championship 2020, U23 Vietnam is in group D with North Korea, Jordan, UAE. This is considered a quite comfortable group and Park is expected to help U23 Vietnam be qualified for the group stage.
