Indonesian media warns of Vietnam’s power
Indonesian media has been pessimistic about their national team ahead of the World Cup 2022 qualifier against Vietnam next Tuesday.
Indonesia has lost their three opening games to sit at the bottom of group G.
“Indonesia was thrashed 0-3 to the UAE. This is our third straight loss. Earlier, we were defeated 2-3 to Malaysia and 0-3 to Thailand,” the Liputan6 wrote.
“Indonesia will play Vietnam at I Wayan Dipta stadium, Bali. It’s not easy to beat Vietnam, a very strong team. The Golden Dragons have remained unbeatable in their World Cup campaign, with a draw with Thailand and a win over Malaysia. It will be a tough game for McMenemy and his players,” said the Liputan6.
