The Hanoi club spoke out on rumors of Van Hau leaving SC Heerenveen
Representatives of the Hanoi FC recently spoke out on the news that Doan Van Hau will leave SC Heerenveen to return to Vietnam in May.

SC Heerenveen has decided to cancel 5 expiring contracts including 2 names receiving the highest salary of the team. How will Doan Van Hau’s future be ?
Recently, the Heerenveen Club homepage announced the contract termination of 5 players when the 2019-2020 season ends. However, the Dutch team still has not clarified the future of Vietnamese footballer Doan Van Hau.
Heerenveen announced: " SC Heerenveen has formally canceled the contracts of all first-team players who have an expiring commitment. These are Daniel Hoegh, Ricardo van Rhijn and goalkeepers Warner Hahn, Filip Bednarek and Trevor Doornbusch. Players with an expiring commitment must get clarity from their employer before April 1. Formal termination of the contracts does not mean that the collaboration will end anyway.”
In the coming time, SC Heerenveen will continue to discuss with partners to determine the future of loaners including Jens Odgaard, Alen Halilovic, Sven Botman and Doan Van Hau.
Vietnam player moved to Heerenveen with a loan contract for a term of one season. Doan Van Hau and Hanoi FC both wish to extend this contract. However, the Dutch team is considering it carefully, because the number 15 defender is receiving a very high salary.
Van Hau is enjoying a salary with about 450,000 euros (about 11.5 billion) before tax, on average each year Thai Binh players receive 217,125 euros. This is the 4th highest salary in Heerenveen.
Those who receive higher salaries than Van Hau are Ricardo Van Rhijn (307,000 / year), Daniel Hoeegh (296,000 / year) and Nemanja Mihajlovic (260,000 / year). Two of the three names have just been terminated by Heerenveen to balance sales.
