For the first time, Lee Nguyen reveals about the transfer deal with Ho Chi Minh City.
The deal Lee Nguyen moved to Ho Chi Minh City (Ho Chi Minh City) broke last minute when the Sai Gon team confirmed Inter Miami did not agree to sell players.

Earlier, Vietnamese media reported that Ho Chi Minh City had agreed a 2 million USD compensation for Inter Miami to release Lee Nguyen's contract. However, in the last minutes before the V-League registration list closed (February 22), the American team disagreed.
Lee Nguyen signed a contract with Inter Miami in November 2019 on a free transfer. He received a salary of 500 thousand dollars for 1 year. On March 2, Inter Miami will face Los Angeles FC in the opening match of the US MLS professional league.
