Nam Dinh received a penalty for offensive actions of fans

Recently, the Vietnam Football Federation Disciplinary Committee (VFF) has issued a penalty for Nam Dinh Club for the fanatic actions of the fans in the match against Becamex Binh Duong.

Specifically, the management of Thien Truong Stadium and Nam Dinh Club were fined 15 million VND due to the situation where the audience used inappropriate and offensive means of propaganda during match with Becamex Binh Duong at round 11. V-League 2020.

In this match, due to the frustration of the referees' mistakes against the home team, Nam Dinh fans hung banners, along with somewhat indecent images aimed at the chief referee Duong Van Hien.

In order to avoid the above incidents continuing to appear on the V-League pitch, the tournament organizers gave a penalty to the Nam Dinh club. Although it is not a heavy penalty, it is also a deterrent for other teams not to repeat this situation.

Before that, not only the fans, but also the leadership of Nam Dinh Club, reacted very strongly to Mr. Duong Van Hien. Technical director Nguyen Van Sy even asked Mr. Hien to leave his position as the current head of the arbitration committee:
