Which players of the 'golden generation' can play in SEA Games 2021?

After the 30th SEA Games championship in the Philippines, coach Park Hang-seo had to farewell to most of the main squad. The 'golden generation' who attended the U20 World Cup such as Quang Hai, Ha Duc Chinh, Tran Dinh Trong, Bui Tien Dung ... are over 22 and will not be able to participate in the Southeast Asian Games held in Hanoi next year. The only one who is young enough is Doan Van Hau.

Besides Van Hau, only goalkeeper Nguyen Van Toan is under 22 among the Vietnam squad in 2019. Therefore, Park and the coaching staff have started to build up the force for U22 Vietnam to attend the 2021 SEA Games from the present time.

These are 9 players called by the Korean strategist to prepare for AFC U23 Championship 2020, which 5 in 9 name are also taken by Mr. Park to Thailand. Except for Y Eli Ni, the remaining players were fielded.
