Van Toan and his fans donated $6400 to combat Covid-19 epidemic

Due to the complex development of Covid 19, Van Toan calls organizations, businesses and football fans for contributing to the anti-epidemic fund of the Central Front of the Fatherland.

After more than 1 week, he has raised 150 million VND. Of this amount, he and Cong Phuong donated VND 40 million.

On the morning of March 22, Van Toan was present at the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee) to hand over the money to the Covid-19 disease prevention steering committee. On behalf of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, Deputy Chairman Phung Khanh Tai Phung Khanh Tai received the money.

Mr. Phong Khanh Tai also sent his thanks to Van Toan and his generosity for contributing to the country during the epidemic. Also in the ceremony, Van Toan shared:

"Players always receive the attention and enthusiasm of the fans and I really felt the love of country. From here, the national spirit is always impulses in every player."

Not only Van Toan, many other players of Vietnamese football also have made contributions in different ways. Recently all the players and Viettel coaching have organized a campaign, sending direct message. This ceremony received enthusiastic applause from fans nationwide.
