Singapore summons 25 players for training camp ahead of 2022 World Cup qualifiers

Singapore coach Tatsuma Yoshida has summoned 25 players to national team camp before the draws in the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers ties.

The ASEAN team will face Palestine on 26 March before facing Saudi Arabia on March 31 in the 2022 World Cup on March 31 and the 2023 AFC Asian Cup Joint-Qualifiers second round ties.

Singapore ranks third in Group D of World Cup qualifying with seven points from five matches. Uzbekistan top the group with nine points, while Saudi Arabia is second with eight points and one game in hand.

Yemen is fourth in the pool with five points while Palestine are bottom with four points.
