Filip Nguyen wants to take a new step in his career, he will cooperate with the company that that once brought goalkeeper Peter Cech to the Premier League.
The Vietnamese-Czech goalkeeper has said goodbye to his former agent Libor Pav and will start working with player agency Global Sports.
On his personal fanpage, Filip Nguyen shared: “I want to thank Libor Pav after all the years spent with me. I think this cooperation is beneficial for both of us and we did good things together. Recently, I felt the need to continue to grow, so I decided to end this partnership and start a new chapter in my career, namely Global Sports.
Mr. Zika is experienced and one of the best in the Czech Republic. The proof is the transfer of Petr Cech and Martin Dubravka to the Premier League. This is also the reason why I'm really happy to be a part of this agency and I believe we will achieve great success together. ”
The Global Sports has also confirmed the information of cooperation with overseas Vietnamese goalkeeper: "We are very pleased to cooperate with Filip Nguyen - the best goalkeeper of the Czech National Championship in 2019".
Filip Nguyen's corperation with Global Sports is likely the goalkeeper wants to move to play in a tournament larger than the Czech Republic.
In the 2018-19 season, Filip Nguyen started 26 games and only conceded 19 goals, such an impressive achievement. He was awarded the title of the best goalkeeper in the tournament by the organizers. Filip Nguyen's current contract with Slovan Liberec is valid until 2022.
