Doan Van Hau: 'Wearing a mask in the Netherlands will be discriminated’
Although calling for Vietnamese fans to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic, Doan Van Hau himself did not wear a mask while in the Netherlands.
"Each of us should have a better sense to defeat Covid-19 together. I love Vietnam," Doan Van Hau shared on his personal page on the evening of March 26. Attached to this appeal is a picture of him holding a Vietnamese flag in front of the Abe Lenstra Stadium (the home ground of the Heerenveen Club).
Van Hau's message quickly attracted attention on social networks. This is considered as an action to call Vietnam fans to take proactive measures to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic in the current complicated period. However, there is a point worth noting when the 21-year-old himself did not wear a mask in this photo. Many fans have expressed questions and worries about his health condition.
Responding to these questions, Van Hau quickly said: "Sorry, wearing masks here will be discriminated and it means illness. In Vietnam, Hau will still wear a mask."
The complicated movements of the Covid-19 epidemic have caused most of the European leagues to be halted. Therefore, recently, he often shares interesting moments when practicing and relaxing at home.
Up to the present time, Doan Van Hau has only played 4 minutes in the first team Heerenveen in the Dutch national cup. However, he will not return to Hanoi FC soon as many rumors recently. All parties will seriously complete the 1 year contract as originally signed.
