Veteran striker Nguyen Anh Duc is officially a member of HAGL club, the 35-year-old striker will have the first training session with the whole team on the afternoon of July 14.
Anh Duc has officially accepted to join the HAGL club to compete in the 2nd phase of the V.League 2020. At 3:30 pm on July 14, the AFF Suzuki Cup 2018 hero will officially have the first training session with the whole team. If nothing changes, Anh Duc will debut HAGL in the match against Thanh Hoa club in the 11th round of V-League 2020.
Striker Anh Duc shared with Zing: "I am a native of Binh Duong so I want to take a number. I feel respectful when I wear the HAGL shirt. I am fine, I still play for a few more years, why dont not continue playing ".
"There are many teams that have pursued me for a long time, I am also preparing for my return. Bau Duc also has an invitation, so I consider it carefully. Before that, I wanted to play close to home, convenient to take care of my family and business management ".
Meanwhile, HAGL Club Director Nguyen Tan Anh said: "We want to add a high-class domestic striker. Anh Duc is welcomed by many teams, however, he accepted HAGL invitation".
Earlier, striker Nguyen Anh Duc announced his retirement from the Vietnam national team, and said goodbye to Becamex Binh Duong in the club's rejuvenation process in late 2019.
