Commentator Quang Huy: ‘Don’t criticize Incheon because they are top team’

In the 2 consecutive round of K-League 2019, striker Cong Phuong all came off the bench in the second half.  Although Incheon lost in both matches ( to Sangju Sangmu and to Suwon Bluewings), Cong Phuong, either way, has left his own impression by transforming Incheon’s attack.

He created much chance for his teammates, if he were lucky enough, he would have scored a goal.

Behind Cong Phuong’s good performance and Incheon’s poor result, many Vietnamese supporters blamed Incheon for the lack of creativity in their style, which led to the fact that Cong Phuong could not score. Some said, coach Jorn Andersen was not able of maximizing Cong Phuong’s potential.

From a professional commentator’s viewpoint, Quang Huy, who closely follows  football, said: “Incheon United is in the top league of Korean- K-League, fans should not hasty since the season just started, let's wait and see how Cong Phuong performs. Playing for a better squad, top of K-League, he might not play yet as Cong Phuong lacks some factors”

In the recent interview with Korean media, coach Jorn Andersen praised Cong Phuong’s energy and determination.

Incheon, as a home team, will face Deagu in round 5 K-League. This will be a chance to look for win and for Cong Phuong to appear in the starting lineup.
