Thai defender responded harshly to Vietnamese fans’ mockery

Specifically on his personal page, Theerathon Bunmathan posted pictures of the "meeting" between him and his teammates in Yokohama F. Marinos, when the J-League was postponed because of Covid-19. Along with that is the comment that encourages people to fight against this pandemic.

However, there is a Vietnamese supporter who left a very ugly comment in this case: "Vietnam will win". The action of this supporter immediately received a harsh response from Theerathon Bunmathan.

The Thai defender uses images of him and his teammates lifting the J.League 1, Japan's most prestigious tournament, along with a smiley face. This action of Theerathon as if to affirm his level has reached the continental level, different from Vietnamese players.

Siam Sport page even called this response cause "silence". Many Thai fans are also constantly making sarcastic comments in the same post.

Vietnam and Thailand are always considered the enemy, the archenemy of Southeast Asia. Even the fans of the two teams are always "hostile" when confronted.
