HAGL Tuan Anh recieves many offers from abroad

HAGL midfielder Tuan Anh, 25, was trained in Course 1 of HAGL Asernal JMG Academy. He is the pillar in the midfield of Vietnam national team, as well as the captain of HAGL.

Tuan Anh is eyed by many foreign clubs, notably La Liga side Deportivo Alaves. They once offered to invited Tuan Anh to take a trial in their club. They gave Tuan Anh two week to make his final decision.

However, the deal was failed since HAGL denied the club’s offer as HAGL wants Tuan Anh’s service for V-League season 2020. Besides, they affirmed that two weeks is not enough for the player to assess Tuan Anh’s ability.

Tuan Anh once joined J-League 1 side Yokohamas on loan. Muang Thong United also had some interest on him, yet HAGL still rejected the offers.

Tuan Anh is assessed to fully meet the qualities to be successful in Europe. The player's style of play reminds of the Italian midfielder Andrea Pirlo. Both have no advantage in  fitness nor strength, but intelligence, clever play and sharp tactical perspective make both Tuan Anh and Pirlo special.

In addition to Tuan Anh, Deportivo Alaves is also interested in another player of HAGL striker Nguyen Van Toan. Previously, this team had offered to invite Nguyen Quang Hai of Hanoi FC to a trial. Obviously La Liga representatives are very interested in the development of Vietnamese players.

Alaves is a famous team in La Liga. They reached the final of the UEFA Cup (formerly known Europa League) in 2001, and lost to Liverpool by Michael Owen, Steven Gerrard, Robbie Fowler. In 2017, Alaves also reached the final of the Copa del Rey, where they was defeated by Barcelona.
