French coach: 'Cong Phuong attacks well but defends weak'

In the 5th round of V.League 2020, Nguyen Cong Phuong shined brightly when scoring 1 goal and 1 assist. The explosion of the original striker Nghe An helped Ho Chi Minh City beat Viettel 3-0 and climbed to the top of the rankings.

Coach Guillaume Graechen has been training Cong Phuong ever since joining the first court of HAGL JMG. The French strategist also led the Nghe An-born striker at U19 Vietnam or the HAGL first team. Currently, Graechen is leading U19 HAGL 1 in the Vietnam U19 National Championship 2020 Finals.

Ho Chi Minh City coach Chung Hae Seong also hailed Nguyen Cong Phuong. The South Korean coach affirmed that the striker is developing his ability to finish day by day, play collectively and know how to support the defense.
