Hanoi FC has officially announced to sign a contract with Vietnam’s former goalie Bui Tan Truong.
Hanoi has signed a contract with Tan Truong to prepare for the new season. According to Chu Dinh Nghiem, Hanoi recruiting Tan Truong is to preplace goalmouth Phi Minh Long, who just got injured in the recent time.
“Do Sy Huy is on the list to Phu Tho so he just practices with us. We don’t have goalkeepers so in the next time, we will find someone to substitute for Van Cong. Tan Truong will come to Hanoi FC in 1-2 day time.”
The goalkeeper left Binh Duong after season 2019. He has emerged since SEA games 2009 in Laos and became one of the best goalkeepers of Vietnam in many years.
Earlier, Tan Truong thought of retirment and play in unprofessional tournament. However, the no. 1 goalkeeper thought again and accepted Hanoi FC’s offer.
“I am happy to be invited to Hanoi FC. I am greatful to the club and I feel I can devote my self to football so I return,” Tan Truong shared.
Tan Truong will be a substitute for Van Cong who is playing excellently. However, he will contribute significantly to the club by his experience.
