According to Quang Tung, striker Cong Phuong is the most necessary and reasonable name to help the Ho Chi Minh City Club fulfill its championship ambition.
Ho Chi Minh City Club has shown its ambition right in the transfer window before the season as it has spent a lot of money to recruit quality rookies.
