Commentator Quang Tung: 'I am very worried about Doan Van Hau'

Doan Van Hau joined Heerenveen with a loan agreement from September 2019 to June 2020. According to a recent FIFA decision, this summer transfer term will be canceled and replaced with a special transfer in mid-October to November for a period of 16 weeks.

As such, Doan Van Hau will stay in Heerenveen at least until October, when the time of the Dutch 2019 League is over. Whether or not Vietnamese players continue to play for Abe Lenstra Stadion at next season is another story.

Quang Tung shared with VTC: “Currently, there are too many unfavorable situations for Van Hau. If I remember correctly, Van Hau's contract will end after this season. Things could be more positive if Van Hau's professional problem is improved. That is, he must be on the pitch, must be kicked. But this is extremely dim in the context of COVID-19 outbreak.

The recently terminated contracts excludiing Van Hau are good news but we also understand that the rest of the season is not much. If Van Hau continues to not play, is not reinforced by specific signals at the national championship, it is very difficult for him ”.

 Quang Tung also cited in the past, Southeast Asian football has only one or two cases played properly in European championships, including Fandi Ahmad of Singapore. But that was the story of more than 20 years ago.

Closing the interview, Quang Tung expressed his concern because the professional quality in the Dutch league is very different. He said: “About Van Hau, I am really worried right now. I do not want to say what the future of Van Hau will be, but only support, hope Van Hau will be better as many people want."
